Yes, there are too many fathers out there that aren't there for their children. You have an obligation to this human for bringing it into the world. As far as the child support goes, have a lawyer write up a legal agreement in which she agrees not to ask for child support. Or, if you really care for the child, bring it to America so it can have every advantage we have here. Please don't waste the time and money of the American citizens on foreigners.
