Ready to lose our second amendment?

That treaty will never pass through the Senate. Article II, Section II of the U.S. Constitution requires all treaties first be approved by 2/3 of the Senate prior to commencement or authorization by the President. The Senate will never sign off on this treaty, because it is in complete violation of the U.S. Constitution, and American sovereignty.
