Saints Row Question??

No.You will be in a new city called Steelport.It has a whole different story and has way different characters.The bad guys are not what they used to be.They have more bad guys and there are no common gangs.They have way harder bosses and the saints from saints row 1 and 2 are no longer going to be seen.So no it will not pick up from where saints row 2 left off.Its a whole different story.
