I agree with the 10% number. I have to laugh at those who want a "fair tax" starting at 23% to replace that illegal income tax. that would be about 30% tax in most states when you include the state sales tax and no guarantee that it would not be raised once passed. you want to talk about being taxed twice, have you ever bought a pack of smoke's? it's all tax..
