What are some nice wedding venues in and around saint louis, mo that have a low minimum?

Hi We only have between 25 and 50 people coming to our wedding and we would like to have it on a Saturday night. We are looking for a place that would allow us to do both the ceremony and reception at the same location. I would like to have the ceremony outside and would like an outdoor cocktail hour and an indoor dinner. I found a few places but they arent available for Saturday. Im probably going to have it in early October 2011. Please help me.... I gotta book it asap. thanks!!
