Would you believe in this or is it just his thoughts....?

Ok so i went to a camp for jrotc and in that camp in every single meal i found a hair it was only twise that i didnt...everywere i eat i find a hair in my food and we had gone to furrs and i found a hair and my bf dad was telling me that some one is trying to harm me or my family and he told me to light a white candle to a saint what do you think about this?
