Is there better snowboarding/skiing in Utah or Colorado?

Personally, I have had better quality snow in Utah. In terms of terrain, you can find all standards of terrain in both states. However, I think the difference is not sufficient to override whatever individual resorts offer to you in terms of what is important to you.
