Tablet and Photoshop Not Cooperating?

Recently I had a problem with my old computer and had to switch to a different one, I do a lot of drawing digitally so I have a Bamboo Fun Tablet and a copy of Photoshop Elements 7. Both of these worked just fine on my old computer but now my tablet and photoshop seem to be having some kind of problem. The tablet works just fine until I attempt to use Photoshop, and then the lines will stop following my pen. Is there any way to fix this?
